General Questions
Yes. Our fulfillment services are built on GHL. If you're not on it yet but open to switching, we can work with that. If you're committed to a different platform and not willing to switch, we're not the right fit.
Once you've signed the agreement and completed onboarding, we can typically have your first client work in progress within a week. Complex setups or custom development take longer.
We don't publish pricing on the site. Partnership structures vary based on the model you choose and the services you want to offer. We'll cover all of this on the discovery call.
Yes. Some partners use revenue share for certain clients and flat fee for others. Some start with one model and evolve over time. We're flexible.
Services Questions
Websites, SEO, reputation management, lead capture, omnichannel response systems, and database reactivation. We also have engineering resources for custom software and integrations, priced separately.
That's fine. You choose which services you want to offer your clients through us. We document the scope upfront so there's no confusion.
Not currently. We focus on owned assets — websites, SEO, reputation, lead capture, response systems, and reactivation. If you need paid ads fulfillment, you'll need a separate partner for that.
Most industries, yes. We do not work with clients that require HIPAA compliance — medical practices, mental health providers, telehealth platforms, or any business handling protected health information. Health and wellness (gyms, coaches, spas) is fine.
Partnership Questions
Everything we build is under your brand. Your clients see your name, your logo, your colors. They never see us. We configure all systems and client-facing materials with your branding before you or your clients access them.
That's an option too. Some partners prefer gray-label, where their clients know a fulfillment partner is involved. We can work either way — you choose.
You handle sales, client onboarding calls, ongoing client communication, and front-line support. When your clients have questions, they come to you first. You escalate to us when needed. We handle the build, deployment, and maintenance.
We can build a client onboarding sequence for you as part of your partner setup. You still run the calls, but we can give you the forms, templates, and workflows.
Client Protection Questions
We redirect them back to you. No exceptions. We don't quote them, pitch them, or take them on as a direct client. This is written into our partner agreement and it's non-negotiable.
For the duration of the partnership and 12 months after termination, regardless of why the partnership ended.
If we can reasonably identify that someone is your client based on the information we have, we treat them as protected. If there's ambiguity, we'll reach out to you before engaging.
Technical Questions
You'll have a partner sub-account in our system for administrative purposes. Actual client work happens in separate sub-accounts configured for each client, either under your GHL agency or ours depending on the setup.
We run on ClickUp internally. If you use ClickUp, we can set up visibility into project status. If you use something else, we'll figure out a communication workflow that works.
Depends on the tool. Standard integrations within the GHL ecosystem are included. Custom integrations outside of that are scoped as development work and priced separately.
